    Less depression. Did have short rages, diabetic. Took the edge off stress. Rages seldom now, & less severe.

    I am taking 1000 mg of l-tyrosine/ day and all depression was gone after a week . I take it now for 6 months. The only concern i have is if it could have any side effects i am not aware of. . I took the anti depressant Ixel before for 2 years which helped as well but made me rather agressive and can have a multitude of other side effects and beside is really expensive !     I suffer off and on through the year from depression and anxiety. The anxiety is the worse of the two for me. I started taking 500mg of L-Tyrosine and a tablespoon of flax seed oil everyday for around a month now.I don't feel like I'm going to jump out of my skin anymore when I am in stressful situations from the anxiety.
