i have suffered from sever heartburn for years. After taking Nexium and other stomach acid preventors and experiencing the side effects I stopped taking them and just used baking soda and water all the time but would still wake up in the middle of the night. A friend suggested I start taking PepZinGI. I looked up the contents and found I had both on the shelf so I started taking Zinc/L-Carnosine.

took the prescribed amount for 7 months, went to the opthamologist and he said the cataracts were worse. He also said only surgery could get rid of cataracts.

In March of 2013 I was told I needed Cataract surgery. I began taking 500 mg. of Carnosine daily starting in August and on March of 2014 I was told I had 'NO CATARACTS!!!'
