Too much inulin can cause stomach cramping and surprisingly increase back pain if you have a back problem. I think there should be a warning on Clear & Natural formerly known as Fibersure.

I love the cleansing feeling and effortless movements that come after drinking psyllium fiber, but I don't love how gloopy and overly sweetened commonly available psyllium fiber products are. Inulin is being used in Fiber One products, helpful for constipation but does cause some bloating but better tasting and seems more natural in consuming compared to powders.
