I'm wondering if a person fighting a brain tumor would be safe, I see it acts w/ the hippocampus, of which mine was almost totally removed; stress and anxiety hit me as soon as I awoke from surgery, and fought for almost 2 years now...I'm wanting to try, anyone think I should or talk to my Dr 1st?? I'm curious if the hippocampus can possibly regrow?? Be GROOVIE!!!!

Took just one capsule.Theanine made me sleepy (which was good) but when I awoke, I had a 'monster' headache and an upset stomach. Won't be taking again. I'd rather use Kava and GABA. Do the research.

I've been taking this for about 3-4 weeks, and I don't think it's built up in my system that much but it totally does keep me relaxed throughout my school day. It doesn't stop panic attacks, but it does help relieve anxiety in a sense.
