You know that feeling in your gut when your about to have (or having) an anxiety or panic attack, You know the one where your tummy knots and you feel like your going to vomit and pass out? Well I have been having that 24/7 lately. I took (1) 125 mg capsule of L-Theanine last night (yes dose #1) and for the first time in months I don't have that feeling, and I can concentrate better ALREADY!!
