    This product has significantly helped but not completely eliminated my anxiety. I have been able to stop using Xanax. The side effects indicate that the product should be used short term. But my anxiety has bothered me most of my life. Has anyone used this product long-term and were there any adverse effects?

    After suffering from anxiety on and off for many years, and trying various diffrent approaches, thought id give l theanine a try, after taking my first 200mg tablet, i didnt notice much difference for the first couple of hours, then i noticed i did feel calmer in mind, but also had a jittery nervouse feeling , which is not good when trying to ease ones anxiety ,it would ebb and flow, also it made ...     calms me down. helps me focus. lowers BP. helps get a restful sleep at night. im happy i came accross this product.

    For those time when anxiety gets the best of me, a 200mg cap of theanine helps to calm without causing drowsiness. It also helps lower my blood pressure.

    Works great for me. Gets me in the focus zone. Whether its placebo effect or not it works for me.
