    My doctor recommended this during a very stressful time and I found it to be quite effective. I had previously been on a temporary Rx for Valium. I take Theanine Serene by Source Naturals and now, just purchasing and bringing home the bottle is relaxing to me. :-)

    i just found out about it a few weeks ago through reading dr daniel g amen books. toxic dose is 5000mg. studys have shown it taken up to 1600mg a day and no side affects. this is one of those supplements you will find thaty are the real deal, this is been updated 4-19-2013
