I used it for 1 month for acid reflux, it worked very well. I no longer have acid reflux; but not I have a large cyst in my left breast. I don't know why?

I have Hashimoto's, Celiac, IBS, allergies, candida, I have ran a low grade fever for 4 yrs., I felt the Kefir with 2 oz. first dose. I am making my own and keeping it at 100 degrees for 36 hours, so there will be no lactose. Praying it works.

I use Kefir as recommended by a homeopathic dr/ consult for constipation, it helps very well. I am on immunosuppressed meds for an autoimmune illness, and it has no adverse effects. You must titrate to see what dosage works for you, I usually put it in a smoothie for breakfast in am, and become regular in digestion.
