I have acid reflux and on a medication for it. I still suffered tremendously. I started using kefir several weeks ago and have had relief from the very first day. I drink a small glass everyday and plan to continue. It is a great product.

4 years with chronic yeast infections after c-section with tons of antibiotics. One cup a day of kefir for 3-6 months and haven't had a problem since. It is a miracle food for me. Experiment with different brands as all did not have the same effectiveness for me.
