If you take it at the first sign of a cold, in about a day you will not be sick. There are no side effects, and it tastes great !

I work in a doctor's office and being exposed to cold and flu germs all the time. I started to feel bad on a Friday evening and I started this supplement on the same evening. By Saturday morning, I felt nothing. I continued the dosing as scheduled and still have nothing going on.

This year's flu has been getting lots of press but I don't get a flu shot-I keep this product on hand and for the second time in a year-it took me from high fever, total body aches, and congestion last night-to being able to come to work fever and symptom free in less than 24 hours. I know it makes no sense and maybe it is mind over matter-but this stuff WORKS!!(So does Cold Calm)
