    I'm not sure I ever had the Flu since I was very young maybe so it is difficult to validate these results. Nobody believes it because my recovering was so quick after taking this. I felt my glands reacting late Wednesday nite (I got it from the subway home), Thursday it really started coming in and hit me hard, by that nite I felt like death.     Have been using this for about a year, when it was reccommended by a friend. I swear by this stuff the minute I feel those old symptoms starting I am at the drug store. I have not had a cold or flu for more than twenty four hours since using it.     I have been using it during flu season for at least 5 years. It works every time if you take it at first sign (24 hrs) of symptoms. I have respiratory problems and can't risk catching the flu (allergic to flu shot). I give it to the whole family the minute someone shows any symptoms and they have remained flu free.
