    I have been using this for over a year and a half. I do have to say I was skeptical at first, when a friend recommended it. But, I have to say, both my husband and I notice that if we feel the effects of a cold or flu coming on we take "oscillococcinum" as soon as possible.     When I BEGIN to experience the symptoms I take this and feel better within eight hours. Sometimes it completely alleviates the symptoms and sometimes it has simply shortened the time and severity that I have been sick.
