    Started out taking 2 tabs a day but had not so great reaction. cut back to 1 tab every other day but find that the day I don't take it that I can't think or focus as well as the day before so going to try 1 tab a day.

    The one negative I have encountered is diahrrea and I hope it will subside as my body adapts. It has helped me become more focused and I feel I have regained some of my mmemory loss.

    I take 500mg of Cognizin everyday to maintain and sharpen brain function.
