    Been on it for two months, take 1000 mg daily and I lost 17 pounds. It also cured my bulimia. I had a habit of eating sweets and vomited it--it took over an hour to get rid of it so I gained weight despite vomiting (you absorb lots in an hour's time). I lost the urge to gorge myself.     still in the early faze. but i have noticed it has decreased my stress eating. I take one with breakfast and one with my dinner. Im going to start taking 3 day one with each meal.

    i been taking this twise a day..there was no weight loss or decrease in appetite.increase of thirst.
