Started taking krill oil, 300 mg, in Jan, 2011. In March had blood tests, no change in Cholesterol levels. Started having pain in toes in March, by April second toe swelled up and got red very sensitive, pain 9 over 10. I never write reviews but had to share. I started taking NKO (Neptune Krill Oil) last month to help lower cholesterol. Within 2 weeks I noticed the pain in my neck from a whip lash injury last year was FINALLY gone. It has to be the krill oil.
