I became concerned with my use of alcohol to medicate for stress/anxiety related to work – I was literally a Joe six-pack. Along with my increase in weight, I was worried that I was developing (or in) an alcohol dependency situation. I started taking Phenibut to curve my after work beer cravings, and it worked. A six pack will last 3-4 days now, and I find I have energy/desire to do something oth ... Show Full Comment

    Comment:
Phenibut works well for anxiety. I found that rhodolia rosea and phenibut work together well. Phenibut is the GABA nurotransmitter attach to a carrier to allow the GABA nurotransmitter to pass the blood brain barrier. Tolorance to Phenibut builds up quickly, so it is best to cycle off of phenibut for two days in a row each week to prevent Tolorance build up.

I began using it as a way to reduce my social anxiety. However, phenibut provides me with a stimulated and uplifted mood that lasts almost all day. The nootropic (cognitive enhancing AKA "smart drug") effects are also very positive. ... Show Full Comment

We started using it about 6 months ago for our 10 year old son who suffered from anxiety that was pretty severe, foucus issues, and nervousness. Since taking Phenibut on the advice of our Pediatrician, it has been a miracle for him! He is finally relaxed, no noticeable anxiety or nervousness and he has really been able to focus better in school therefore having a much better quality of life. We tr ... Show Full Comment
