Tried it in its raw leaf form in a hot cup of water thus making a tea out of about 7-8 leaves and drank it at midnight before bed. I have neuropathic pain in my calf muscles and noticed within half an hour of drinking it this agony had all but gone and stayed like that for a good four hours. I created a chai like tea with it,Soy non dairy sweetened with honeycomb fused with lavender,I drink this hot tea two- three days a week at night time for chronic insomnia due to brain injury from a tumor,I sleep sound,I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore,It seems to help with my vertigo and concentration..I'm very pleased with results..
