    I take organic acacia senegal by Heather, for irritable bowel. It works wonders, no more stomach problems. It helps keep bowels better but not perfect...but soooooooo much better. You can find it on internet HelpforIBS

    This additive to my medications caused a rash, allergic asthma, diarrhea, abdominal distress, and other. I also found this in fizzy drinks, ice cream and other foods. When I researched this additive and stopped all medications and food that used this additive, I immediately lost 20 pounds; quit bloating, asthma cleared, diarrhea stopped.     I have tried many types of fiber to ease constipation. This has been the best. It does not change the texture nor taste of food.

    Apparently, I had an idiosyncratic reaction to this medication to which I had just changed from a more commercial brand clear fiber. I switched to avoid all the additives in the other product. I am a registered nurse and well aware of medications and dosages. Instead of bulking and promoting regularity, in me, this product produced frequent and unremitting diarrhea.
