    I take two capsules in the morning before I eat and my bloating went away. I would get bloated almost after anything I ate.

    I have severe stress and anxiety, which would cause ulcers and gas to build up in my chest, which was painful and made it hurt to breathe. After a few days, Charcoal provides relief for when this occurs - otherwise it can seem to go on indefinitely.

    I had a bad Flatulence problem as I brew all my own beer and the yeast would cause Boucoups Bad gas. I searched for a solution beside abstinence and found it with activated charcoal, but it does bind you up a bit and your poops are black

    I could not take my food due to gas which creates problem in breathing. After taking cabo Veg I get a lot of relief.
