Since I turned 50, I've had occassional trouble digesting some "foods" like white four, dairy, refined sugar, fast food, and even some expensive resturaunt foods as well. I Take a 250mg charcoal pill one time for extreme gas, bloating and acid indigestion when needed and within 1/2 hour, all symptoms disapear. I also have changed my diet to eliminate most of the offending "foods
