    I used GastroMycin primarily which also has bismuth in it. I seem to get gas from certain foods and fat digestion in particular. The charcoal in this product and other simple charcoal tablets I have taken in the past really eases the discomfort and reduces the gas.

    I will never take another Activated Charcoal capsule again. The pain/negatives incredibly outweighed any positives.
