About 20 years ago I deveoped raging head aches , would last 3 days. I later found chocolate was a trigger. After much reaserch I discovered RUTIN . From then on I never had a head ache of that type ( unless I ran out of rutin) At 65 I continue to take it.

I suffer from Schamburg's Disease (3yrs), an unsighly capillaritis on my legs. Also known as progressive pigmented purpuric dermatitis. I take 250mg of Rutin and 1000 mg of vitamin C a day. The symptoms are greatly diminished. Saw the treatment in a Dermatology Journal.

    Comment:
I learned about Rutin in the late 70's after I had my first child and had the unpleasurable experience of hemorrhoids. Rutin worked. I also took in my 6 month of pregnancy with 2nd child with no side effects. Every time there is a flare up. I use 2000 mg a day for a few weeks and they are gone, or atleast tolerable.
