I have rheumatoid arthritis and have been taking resveratrol for the past 5 years, in combination with fish oil, and have had visible and demonstrable improvement of all affected joints, including one joint that "unfroze" after 2 years of immobility. When I stop taking either resveratrol, symptoms worsen.
