Reduced my hot flushes from several a day to zero. Reduced my nights sweats similarly, can now sleep through the night. Have changed nothing else in my life so must be the promensil. Was obviously working from about the 5 th day of taking them. If you are thinking about it, try it, you really have nothing to lose but you can regain some sleep.

This is the only thing that controlled my hot flashes. I take Promensil. It also helps my mood.

A friend of mine asked her doctor about red clover and he replied "black cohosh has bad reports". he didn't event know they were two different products, so having the medical profession review isn't always effective. Red clover has worked for me and several friends, one who cant tak ... Show Full Comment

In the section titled Red Clover Overview Info where it states "...doesn’t seem to work, though, for lowering cholesterol or controlling hot flashes in women," I don't know what they based that statement on, but I know that it absolutely did work for me. I started having major hot flashes about 8 weeks ago, to the point where the at-least-hourly flashes of profuse heat and perspiring ... Show Full Comment
