I was experiencing frequent hot flushes. I am a professional pianist and during a hot flush I often found it difficult to function at a high level. I found Promensil worked well for me in reducing the occurrences and severity of hot flushes to near zero. I am continuing to take Promensil to maintain my whole functioning.

No wonder so many marriages fail when women are in their mid 40s to mid 50s. It's shocking h ... Show Full Comment

My doctor had me on HRT and it was too harsh. I switched to promensil without bother to tell the doctor and it's the best thing I could have done. It's effective and gentle on my body i.e. no breast tenderness and I'm not moody.
