This is a friend's experience. It worked for her for years - much better than any hormone treatment. What burns my rear end is that this "Web MD" would try to deny the effectiveness of red clover. They want the lifetime membership to their drug of the month. Well, screw them, I saw this stuff work flawlessly, and had been for years. I wouldn't believe a word that is found at ... Show Full Comment

I have been taking 40mg of red clover for just over a week and my hot flashes which were uncomfortable and fairly consistent through the day and were disturbing my sleep too, have all but vanished. Also I was experiencing some anxiety and that is pretty much gone too. I do not like pill popping but the benefits here are so worth it.

I too would dispute the comments on the information page. I was advised to try Red Clover for hot flashes which were occuring several times a day & were quite unpleasant - especially when i was trying to work! Having taken these capsules for over 2 months i am proof that they are effective, I cannot remember when i was last troublesd by pre - menopause symptoms, it was certainly over a month a ... Comment:
I beg to differ that red clover is not effective against night sweats/hot flashes in menopause. It worked for me. After 2 weeks of useage, my nightsweats all but disappeared. After 6 months, I discontinued the treatment and the hot flashes/night sweats returned. I again starting taking red clover and the flashes disappeared. Red clover not only worked for me but for nearly every woman in my ... Show Full Comment
