Slowly increased from 100mg/day to 300mg. Helped sleep and improved mood slightly, hence my increased dosage to see how much mood would improve. 1 hour after last dose I developed a severe rash all over my body that lasted 30 hours. So much for something 'natural' that can't harm you. Have thrown the bottle out, and will return to slow release melatonin and tart cherry for sleep. So mu

I took this to help with sleep and after a few days, became incredibly dizzy-never experienced anything like this. There are known very dangerous side effects and I don't believe it's as harmless as they claim
