    I took this to help with sleep and after a few days, became incredibly dizzy-never experienced anything like this. There are known very dangerous side effects and I don't believe it's as harmless as they claim

    a client had tried everything out in the market foe sleep treatment; and the situation kept getting worse. I suggested L-Tryptophan. She has been taking it for the past 2 months and her sleep quality has improved tremendously.

    I don't know if like it yet. Its only day two. What I can say is I felt deeply relaxed on night one. And fell asleep, which is usually a difficult feat. I also take lamictal 100mg in mornings. Anyhow, my phone went off and I woke then after that I was angry and agitated, I didn't sleep restfully. Also for day one I took all three pills should slowly eased into it.     It gave me severe diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.
