I developed abdominal distension from this product, even with just intermittent use (every few days, 1 capsule. I do have a compromised immune system so here's hoping I don't develop other problems from it. I have discontinued use and am waiting for my symptoms to disappear. I wonder how long this stays in your system - does it multiply?

For over 40 years dealing with moderate IRRITABLE bowel SYNDROME (not IBD) the only prolonged relief occurred when I started using Florastor regularly.
