    I have started the medicine a few days back and anxious if the medicine is perfect for me.Previous symptoms are not relieved after using seven days 250 mg capsule twice a day after meals.

    I developed abdominal distension from this product, even with just intermittent use (every few days, 1 capsule. I do have a compromised immune system so here's hoping I don't develop other problems from it. I have discontinued use and am waiting for my symptoms to disappear. I wonder how long this stays in your system - does it multiply?

    2 days of taking this treatment after having four weeks of diareaha now I have severe constipation...not sure which one I would rather have?????

    For over 40 years dealing with moderate IRRITABLE bowel SYNDROME (not IBD) the only prolonged relief occurred when I started using Florastor regularly. I wasn't expecting system improvement when I started (and nothing close to symptom relief), just preventing an extra bad flair during a long course of antibiotics.
