Used this last night for my usual set of pain complaints: lower back (degenerative disks); migraine; ankle and foot pain; swelling. Used this last night for my usual set of pain complaints: lower back (degenerative disks); migraine; ankle and foot pain; swelling. One drop in a veggie capsule; two drops under tongue; spilled some accidentally so rubbed a dab on my teeth and gums; began to smell it (pleasant scent) so my DH and myself had accidental aroma therapy. Also dabbed some on my face which suffers from dermatitis and breakouts. 15 minutes later my whole body felt warm and relaxed. Then, I felt pleasantly drowsy so I fell asleep. Slept like a baby the entire night with no aftereffects. This is really great stuff!

I have pain from bulging disks in my back. I started taking Copaiba to decrease my usage of prescription pain medications. I have found that it has been just as effective as the prescriptions. I am hoping to alternate usage of Copaiba with what the Dr. has prescribed so as to limit potential damage to my liver and kidneys.

I used this for a very bad back injury along with some other essential oils, due to the high levels of beta-Caryophyllene and healed from the injury very quickly with no side effects and decreased pain.
