    I'm taking to improve stress response due to ongoing life and work stress. it's improving sleep yet doesn't make me sleepy, it's actually increasing mental clarity, concentration.

    I suffer from ADHD and the associated anxiety and depression that is often caused by it. I started taking Pharma GABA 4 weeks ago and I immediately felt the difference. It got me moving around and off the sofa watching TV. I am taking it 3 times a day now and my quality of life is so much better. I am told it must be Pharma GABA and not just plain GABA.     I use GABA as a sleep aid-it works well and I haven't noticed any side effects-I still wake up in the night but I fall back asleep much easier
