I suffer from ADHD and the associated anxiety and depression that is often caused by it. I started taking Pharma GABA 4 weeks ago and I immediately felt the difference. I use GABA as a sleep aid-it works well and I haven't noticed any side effects-I still wake up in the night but I fall back asleep much easier
