I started taking GABA after I weaned off of Benzodiazpines. Though I had no withdrawal symptoms after having taken Klonopin for over two years ( I was really lucky. 50% of the population has no physical withdrawal after prolonged use. Apparently I'm in that 50%) I still had anxiety issues. I had forgotten that GABA is a neurotransmitter that blocks over excitation, so I tried it sublinguall

Bought a happy light in January for SAD, Started GABA 750 once a day for alcohol replacement. Curbed my cravings and reduced anxiety. Quit taking anti depressants and will not renew my anxiety meds. Feel 20 years younger.
