I do it every morning when I wake up, after lunch, and when I go to bed. I even take medicine to help me not to itch. When I do it stings really bad. Even when I touch it. Terrible pain & cramping in legs & feet in the evening & at night. Could not rest or sleep. Used creams, sprays, heating pads, and OTC pain killers. Given stronger ones by the doctor but did not want to use them. This was supposed to help people whose pain was helped by movement. I purchased Boiron 30 Rhus Tox tiny little pellets. When I got shingles a homeopath recommended this in its homeopathic form. I was suffering greatly and was completely symptom free in 45 minutes and I have recommended this to all my friends. I have also recommended that they visit with a homeopath to find out what strength to use.
