    61 Year old Male. 6'1" 210 pounds. Sciatica and arthritis. Started taking Jarrows powder. 1 g two times a day with vitamin C 1000 mg and glucasomnine 1500 mg. Increased dosage to 4grams twice a day. Sciatica gone. Arthritis diminished. VERY pleased.     I am a case of RA diagnosed at an early stage. Added to the prescribed medication MSM and Three Months of Oral 500mg twice daily has provided relief and NO progression of the disease with blood reports and Medical Consultation.

    Taking MSM has greatly improved my quality of life. The pills are little large. After some trial of different brands I have found the Doctor's Best brand is much easier to swallow than any other. You can get this in a powder. I keep this in my desk at work so a powder would not be practical for me.

    Since I've been using this product I have no more joint pain and inflammation. I am 100% satisfied with this product. I will highly recommend it to anyone with liver and other ailments.
