    I have had rheumatoid arthritis since I was a teenager, I am now 62 and have been in a severe flareup for 9 months. I was taking 400 mg plaquenil, 400 mg celebrex, 20 mg prednisone, and 500 mg of pain killer a day which stopped about 75% of my pain, but after 8 months I had very little improvement in movement and felt like I was just stopping the pain, the underlying problem was not getting any be ...     Being unable to take anti-inflamitory medicines, and in terrible back pain with a lot of spinal problems, I researched this, and am pleased with the relief already!

    MSM has been a miracle for me. I took a lot of it for the first 5 days and then decreased my daily dose. Now I take 1000 mg about three times per week. I no longer have pain in my knees or lower back which was previously debilitating. I love this stuff.
