Pain and stiffness have been greatly relieved. However both thumb joints seem at times to feel loose, like they are slipping. I have cut back from 2000mgm per day to 1000mgm to see if this will eliminate this side effect.

MSM helps reduce the pain in my finger joints. I have used it for a numer of years and stopped at one point. I had much more trouble with swollen and painful finger joints so resumed using and have little pain and swelling in my finger joints.

I was using Glucosamine and Chondroitin when I was fist diagnosed with Arthritis. When I started using MSM I could finally use the stairs so much better. I have a hard time taking most drugs,so this was a blessing to me.I have had arthritis for 11 years and am so glad I found this early on.I walk every day .Even places with steps are easier for me.
