    Strong pain in my knees disapeared in 3 days. Also arm aches gone at the same time. Have recommended it to friends who are using itt with spectacular results.

    Surprisingly effective. I've tried a wide variety of muscle rub creams for arthritis. Most of them cause as much or more pain than they claim to help with because they contain some kind of hot pepper plant extract that just burns my skin. No relief there, just more pain!     I have arthritis in my right shoulder joint due to a frozen shoulder a couple of years ago.The muscle in my arm gets sore and aches. I was told my arm would never be the same. I started taking NOW liquid Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM. Within 2 days I noticed a difference. Within a month, my arm was almost normal.     MSM has greatly improved my joint pain, swelling and movement. I am concerned that the effects on brain function as I am having some balance difficulties. The improvement in joint function far outweigh these side effects.
