Took the treatment, but had come off of Calcium Channel blockers about a week before. Began having insomnia and difficulty breathing. Went off the treatment, felt better later that day. Watch out for interations with medications. The doctor doesn't always check either

This is an excellent supplement for migraines and for lowering blood pressure, especially if taken in conjunction with the herb, Hawthorn. I was getting sick on the side-effects of so many different BP pills. This is the solution! Go natural and give your body what it needs. Hawthorn 300mg 2 in the morning & 2 at night. B-6 500 mg 1 daily, in the morning.

It brings the blood pressure down after drinking the juice (from boiling the dry berry). The condition will stabilise after drinking for about two weeks (twice daily 50ml). The result is quite shocking. Beginner has a sedative effect after drinking. It will go off after a few drinks.

My BP was at 177/110 and I was sent to the ED. Afterwards, I was put on a diarectic and had side effects. Weaned myself off of those and started taking 2 capsules of Gaia Herb's Hawthorne Supreme each night before bed. My BP, 1 month later, is now at 130/85. I know this should be used short term, so I am hoping that as I wean off of the Hawthorne and lower salt, that this will remain.
