I use mullein tea to treat my asthma. It is not as fast acting as inhalers, but within 10-15 minutes of drinking a cup of mullein tea I can breathe just fine. Ever since I was a child I have used mullein to treat colds, flu, and many other things. I am very glad that my grandmother tought me about this wonderful herb.
