I have use muira puama intermittently for maybe 15-20 years, first Nature's Answer liquid extract, then switching to Solaray capsules (neither of which is listed in the options for brand selection). It seems to create a non-stimulating sensitization and enhancement of sexual feeling, but I usually take it only for one or two days at a time, as for me it loses effectiveness taken continually. O

not sure of its effectiveness as of yet, it is combined in a tablet with Catuaba, Tribulus and Peruvian Maca. If the tablet works for erectile dysfunction then it will be a success.

Purchased it from Won with Nature for libido support (post menopausal). It does what it says using only 15 drops a day 2 days a week instead of the larger recommended amount. It resolved that particular menopausal issue that interferres with spontaneity by the evening of day one.
