I took 3 small cups of tea (about 1 teaspoon of the seeds boiled) to help with my digestion problems, it seemed to work quite well, except I got my period the next day. I had been more than happy to have missed said period last month, and after some research I see that this is a sought after effect, still, I was shocked and won't be using it again.

I use to have a lot of intestinal gasses which is both painful and embarising since I start to make tea of the the dry seeds the problem disappeared

Was catching a cold. The side of my throat was sore. I chewed a pinch of the seeds and the soreness left my throat. When I feel a cold coming on. I have been taking a pinch and it does the trick.
