Some of the medications I take cause constipation. I take an aloe vera supplement as needed at bedtime & it usually works overnight

Using cape aloe gave me very bad diarrhea and actually made bowel movements more inconsistent than prior to taking the capsules. The worst problem was the effect that it had on my sleep. I took the capsule right before bed as recommended, but when I would try to sleep my heart wouldn't stop pounding and it would take me multiple hours to fall asleep.
