My pain in the upper thigh was gone within 2 days of using Arnicare gel. Reason for using it: I could not walk the stairs or lift my right leg to put pants up or get to the car.

I badly sprained my ankle at a gymnastics meet and I could not walk the next morning. I had to crawl around it was that bad and needed crutches! I had to be able to run in 5 days as I had a fitness competition, so I was recommended arnica tablets and after 3 days I could run very comfortably, no discomfort (ankle was also taped) AND I even ended up winning... INCREDIBLE!!! 100% recommend!
