    I have tendinitis in my elbow whoch causes sharp pain under contraction and had found no relief with oral anti inflammation and pain medication amd after using arnica topical ointment has provided significant relief from the pain with no noticeable side effects am very happy with results.

    When I played sports in my younger years I would use arnica gel 1x -7% on sore over exerted muscles as well as bruises and it worked great. The pain went down shortly after use and the bruises were gone in half the time. My mother took pellets to good effect for tension headaches at the time and my wife now uses pellets to help with myalgia pain, though topical seems to help with pain more effecti ...     Started water aerobics after much inactivity, had some aches and pains prior, aerobic activity certainly aggravated lower back, foot, ankle pains. Had arnica Montana 30c homeopathic tabs by Boericke & Tafel left over from Derm surgeon procedure for bruising pre surgery and remembered reading about pain reliever, took 2 and within an hour realized I wasn't feeling the same level of pain.     I had read about this a lot, and have had it recommended for my fibromyalgia by other patients. I never decided to try it, until I was in a car accident and found the post-accident treatment course (NSAIDs and Zanaflex) was not helping.
