I had a partial cartilage removal from my left knee over a year ago. I get swelling if I stand too long or particularly if I play golf (which I love) as the torque on my left knee seems to induce pain and swelling even if I wear a brace to play. The other day I played golf, and had my usual knee pain and swelling, coupled with sore forearm muscles from golf and pilates. I am ALLERGIC to ALL NSAIDS

Gel works quickly for neck shoulder aches. At end of a headache, I rub into base of brain area- really helps with tenderness. Used on muscle above an inside ankle with plantar faciitis - had no pain there, but muscle was swollen. Gel temporarily eliminated that swelling, demonstrating to me the power of arnica.
