I have only been taking them for a week or so but they have given me such intense pain in my breasts it is not worth it hoping my sugar goes down. I also have big time ringing of the ears.

I am taking fenugreek + Ajwain + kalijeeri in the ratio 4:2:1 one tea spoon full in the morning and bed time .It is useful for diabetic patients like me . I feel quite energetic and satisfied with this treatment home remedy.
