    This is the second year I have used Yucca for pain.I found takeing four capsules at a time works for me,I was in pain 24/7 and now I am pain free with out side effects.It has helped my overall well being.All I know it works and I won't be without it.

    I have very bad pain in my right knee because of a torn muscle. Yucca is the only thing that has given relief.

    Yucca Root has helped with the pain and stiffness in my hands. We have a dog with arthritis also and we give it to her and she has improved mobility also.
