    I recently had some ribs broken and the muscles around that area that cramped up real bad. I was in a lot of pain. Cramp back took all that pain away. I love this stuff for any kind of cramps. It works fast and you can feel the muscles relax.

    Cramp bark is the only thing that has helped me with my extreme menstrual cramps and the pain i have between periods. i have an unusually large uterus and this is the only thing medicine or over the counter that has worked!
