    Tuesday April 24th I’ve decided to write a daily journal to track my progress while taking the Kudzu herbal supplement. To recap, I started taking the Kudzu about a week and a half ago but not consistently.     I take it three times a day with meals. It's effective in reducing the urge to drink, and if you can make it past the first couple of days, it's smooth sailing, but you must keep using it. You are going to feel different, at first, and many will contribute this to the Kudzu itself, but in reality you've just removed an energy source -- alcohol; not a good energy source, as your body ...     Since I have been taking it I need less sleep or cannot sleep as long. I used to go to be like at 10 and wake up at 5:30. I have been waking up at 2:30 and cannot get back to sleep not sure if this from Kudzu but have not changed anything else.
