I don't understand you people you don't just buy a supplement and pop it in your mouth. Start with a small portion, if you're using a pill break a quarter piece off, if you're using a powder capsule open it and start with a quarter of a capsule. I know this from experience. Those who have used Yohimbe and had a bad reaction and through it out try again with a small portion. It does ... Show Full Comment

Once used pills. Horrible side affects but it worked for erections. I use drops from Vitamin Shoppe now. Recommend dose is 28 drops. I started at 5 drops then SLOWLY each day raised drops to 10, 12, 15 up to 20 once per day before sex. No side affects and it works well. Ease into dosing to determine tolerance. Not for daily use is my opinion.

I use PrimaForce Yohimbe HCL. Went to my doc, was looking for some Viagra to help w/ semi-softness. He recommended trying Yohimbe, so I did. At first, 1 pill (2.5 MG) was too much - sweating, rapid heart rate, etc., so I bought empty gel caps and cut the dosage in 1/2 and had good results. Take about 45 min's before the fun starts, but the effets can last a few hours, so it's not a proble ... Show Full Comment

I have been using Yohimbe as a sexual stimulant for over a decade. I use it in conjunction with Maca, L-Arginine, Horny Goat Weed, Ginseng, and cinnamon bark. It does stimulate my central nervous system, but since I am engaged in sexual intercourse I don't mind. I view it as one of the benefits of the Yohimbe. I not only achieve strong erections, I also have a MUCH shorter refractory rate. Usi ... Show Full Comment
